Hi, we called Seven Star Carpet Care on Australia Day long weekend at 7.00pm as we had a burst pipe in our main bathroom. Within 1 hour they had arrived and the job was completed after a few days. I am very happy with how well my carpets were dried. There was no need to replace my carpets.
